Two New Developments Planned for Pender County

Have you been considering a new home purchase in Pender County?  You may soon have 2 more options!  The neighborhoods of Wyndwater and Blake Farm are proposed new home communities for Pender County.

Wilmington developer, Mike Pollak, and Hampstead developer, David Greer, will team up on the Wyndwater development.  Located at the old Topsail Greens Golf Club, Wyndwater will consist of 300-400 new homes starting in the mid $200,000s.  Hoping to draw young families and retirees alike, the community will feature plenty of green space, walking and biking trails, and multiple water features.

Blake Farm is a 1300-acre master-planned development located near the intersection of US Highway 17 and Sidbury Road, close to the New Hanover County line.  Developed by Trask Land Company, Blake Farm will consist of 2,200 residential units to be completed over the next 10 years, and will feature multiple nature and bike trails, green spaces, and a community farm.  Homes prices will start in the mid-$300,000s.
