*Buses run seven days a week, with the exception of the following holidays: New Year's Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Easter; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; & Christmas. Service runs from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend hours differ by route.

* A one-way bus fare is one dollar for adults, and 50 cents for seniors, students in grades 1-12, and local college students. Children under age 5 ride free. Limit three free children with each fare-paying adult.  UNCW students and faculty ride Wave buses for free with a valid UNCW ID. Transfers, to be used for rides that span more than one bus route, are issued for free.
