John Gomez is a 30 year veteran of the United States Air Force. He has served in many locations throughout the United States as well as 3 overseas tours in England, Germany and Saudi Arabia. John is a graduate from American Military University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Military-World History. As well as being a realtor, John is a small business owner in Kure Beach North Carolina, where he and his wife own and manage several vacation rentals. He is married to his wife Crystal Gomez of Greensboro North Carolina. They have three sons: USAF SSGT Joshua Gomez, Jacob Gomez, a student at Cape Fear Community College, and Christopher Gomez, a senior at Eugene Ashley High School.

John has a strong conviction and duty not only to represent his clients to the best of his ability but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with the best information and market insight, so that his clients make the best decision possible.

Leveraging his experience as a successful business owner, he’s known for outstanding customer service, 24/7 availability, personal touches and a skilled negotiation. He is honest, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry in our community. Even though buying a home can often be challenging and complicated, he focuses on taking the pressure off you, so you can make clear and concise decisions throughout the process. His number one priority to provide great customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all involved in the real estate transaction.

John is a passionate member of our team and enjoys playing golf, fishing, volunteer coach in high school cross country and showing clients the best that Wilmington has to offer.
