Since we don’t represent sellers or homes, we are in a unique and unbiased position to report on the current state of the tri-county area’s housing market. Starting this week, every Friday, we will releas our list of the 12 Best Deals currently on the market. This list will be broken down by categories, most based on geography, and others based on life styles; i.e.: water front homes, or homes with at least two acres of property.
This list is somewhat objective, taking into account factors like price per square foot. But it is also subjective, because our team of experts look at a number of homes all in the same price range and then make a judgement call on what property they believe represents the best bang for the buck. While not everyone may agree with our judgements, to be sure, you can be certain that our opinions are independent since we do not represent these properties or have a vested interest in their sale.
