Since we don’t represent sellers or homes, we are in a unique and unbiased position to report on the current state of the tri-county area’s housing market. This is a list of the 12 Best Deals currently on the market. The list is somewhat objective, taking into account variables like price per square foot. But, it is also subjective, factoring in our team of experts’ judgment calls on which properties they believe represent the best bang for the buck. While not everyone may agree with our choices, to be sure, you can be certain our opinions are independent since we do not represent these properties or have a vested interest in their sale.
The downtown home we featured last week has canceled its listing. So, consequently, we have another home making its debut on our list. Another home we featured last week has lowered its price. We also have reports from our team of exclusive buyer’s agents who have toured several of the homes this week. With their added impressions you will have a better sense of the unique features and possible issues of each home.
