The Bishop Ridge community is being designed by Logan Homes. It is located just south of the interchange where Highway 17 connects with Interstate 140. The community is made up of 88 homes with three and four-bedroom options. The larger units measure 1,800 square feet, while the smaller ones come in at just under 1,600 square feet. Both floor plans offer open living spaces and coastal palettes. Community amenities include a pool and an open-air clubhouse. To incentivize buyers – for some units – the developer is offering $12,000 in builder incentives plus a $2,000 gift card.
