Crow Creek is a large planned development in Calabash. It is one of several golf friendly neighborhoods in southern Brunswick County. The Crow Creek Golf Course winds through the community. It is an 18 hole public course that opened in 2000 and was designed by Rick Robbins. It is considered by local golfers to be one of the best maintained courses in the area.
You can access the neighborhood via several different roads including Highway 17, Hickman Road and Number 5 School Road NorthWest.
Like other golf communities in the area the developers wanted to build something for everyone. There’s a condo section, a townhome section, an area populated with garden homes, and several sections made up of single family houses- each section with its own feel and identity.
Regardless of where you live in Crow Creek all owners will have access to the amenities which include a clubhouse, outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts and several playgrounds.
One of our favorite parts of the neighborhood are the crow statues that have been placed on the mailboxes of the single family homes. It’s a nice touch which helps enforce the identity of the community.
In the last 12 months 54 homes have sold in Crow Creek for an average price of $381,393.
Crow Creek is located in the Jesse Mae Monroe Elementary, Shallotte Middle, West Brunswick High school district.
