Lee’s Cut is a community of townhouses located in Wrightsville Beach and is an immediate left after the first drawbridge. The neighborhood was built in 1979 and as of 2015 has 42 homes that have all been updated and renovated. It is considered a section of the Channel Walk townhouse community, near a no-wake zone marina. Square footage per home ranges from 1385 to 1547. All of the homes have 2-3 bedrooms, a garage, decks, carport, access to the community pool and some even have boat slips and hardwood floors. In the back of the community, there is a large grassy yard with a gazebo and storage area for paddleboards and kayaks. The HOA fees range between medium and high – the higher dues are for homes that include a boat slip. This community is located very close to popular Wrightsville Beach restaurants, such as Bluewater and Dockside, but also near schools and parks on the island. It is within a ten minute drive to Downtown Wilmington.
