Lee’s Cut is a community of townhouses located in Wrightsville Beach and is an immediate left after the first drawbridge. The neighborhood was built in 1979 and has about 50 homes that have all been updated and renovated. It is considered a section of the Channel Walk townhouse community, near a no-wake zone marina.
