A Buyer’s Experience

What follows is a review from one of our recent clients and his experience working with our company and Kathleen Baylies


We just finished up another amazing dinner, gazing out at the water from our dining room with a view! We bought our dream home about three months ago (within budget!), and we still need to pinch ourselves on a daily basis. This has been a journey, and it all started with a personal consult with Just for Buyers Realty.

From the outset, they took the time to really get to know us. They helped us explore our style preferences, lifestyle demands, community wishes, property needs, etc. Together, we evaluated all of the things important to us in a home and neighborhood. In those early stages, Just for Buyers Realty dug deep to identify the best home matches. Once we felt comfortable, we set out to weigh all the options.

Honestly, we’ve only bought one other house, and this was a totally different experience. Being exclusive buyers agents, their team pointed out the good in each property, but they also did not hesitate to draw our attention to the negative. We never felt rushed to a decision, and Just for Buyers really shed light on each house’s good, bad and ugly!

At the same time, they addressed all of our home-buying neurosis! What if the seller gets a better offer? What if there are hidden flaws? What if they won’t negotiate? Personal phone calls, coffee meetings and regular communication put our worries to rest – and there were plenty! The whole crew at Just for Buyers Realty approached everything with cooler heads, which made a difference in us making a rational decision versus an emotional decision.

Now we’re in the warmest, most beautiful home of our lives. We can walk to retail, hike lake trails and enjoy a range of amenities. Our neighbors treat us like old friends, and our kids love spending time on the dock. I usually don’t write reviews, but my family is at this point because Just for Buyers Realty guided us directly to the Welcome Mat of our forever home. Thank you!
