Hi, it’s Jennifer, JFBR’s Director of Operations. I author most of our blog posts, but it’s not very often I get to talk about myself here. Today is different though – it’s my one year anniversary at Just For Buyers Realty. What a year it’s been!
My first experience with Just For Buyers was as a client. My family and I moved to Wilmington in June 2013, and Kathleen was our buyers’ agent. We really enjoyed interacting with Kathleen; she made a complex buying process simple and we always knew she was on our side. When the Director of Operations position opened here, I received a message from Kathleen, asking if I’d be interested. After thinking it over and talking it through with my husband, I decided I would schedule the interview. The rest, they say, is history!
My first day on the job was July 29, 2013, and I enjoyed the work from the very beginning. What a wonderful group of brokers I work with! Individually, each one is hardworking, passionate and dedicated. Collectively, they support each other and share resources, and our clients see the benefit of that teamwork.
Kathleen, Linda, Ellen Jo, Doug and Dave – Thank you for a great year! Thank you for making my work fun, challenging, interesting and sometimes weird! Thank you for creating a business I can believe in and always trust to actually be FOR our clients! I am looking forward to many more years with JFBR!
