We’re fans of the townhome community called Telfair Summit. This is the second time we’ve chosen a listing from that area. A few months ago, a property virtually identical to the one pictured here sold for $248,000. This one is on the market for $6,000 less. We’re showing you a picture of the back of the house because the front is cute, but it hardly looks one-of-a-kind. Take a close look at this pool and tiki bar.
