ILM Expands its Concourse and adds Direct Service to New Jersey
The first phase of a massive expansion project at the Wilmington International Airport was unveiled earlier this month. Construction of a new concourse started in 2020 and cost $68 million. The extra space should lead to more direct flights and traveling options. The first to benefit from the project are those going to New Jersey. Read more here

January’s Luxury Transactions include Sale of Largest Home on the Market
The home located on 7319 Carolina Beach Road was the only estate on the market to measure more than 10,000 square feet (10,690 according to the official listing). It sold in January for $5,900,000. Our Featured Neighborhood for February
Lucia Point is a small, up scale, neighborhood made up of two long cul-de-sacs. There are approximately 50 homes that were built between the late 90’s and shortly after the millennium. All are located on at least a third of an acre and they range in size from 2,000 square feet to just over 4,000 square feet.
