2023 Neighborhood Awards
In 2023, throughout the Cape Fear Region, a total of 10,837 homes were sold, spanning roughly 300 different neighborhoods. 2024 Brings a new builder option for Brunswick County buyers
For the first time, Ryan Homes will be expanding its footprint into the Cape Fear region. The company has acquired several plots of land in both Brunswick and Pender Counties. While many of their planned developments are in the early stages and are not expected to break ground until 2025, three Ryan Homes communities—all located in Brunswick County—will hit the market this year. For the second consecutive year Cape Fear luxury housing marking breaks $1 billion threshold
2023 was the second most profitable year for high-end home sales in New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties. The luxury market fell just short of the records set in 2022. From January 1 to December 31, 2023, a total of 635 homes with a price tag of at least $1 million were sold, amounting to a collective $1,027,655. Read more
