Mallory Creek Plantation, already one of the most popular and largest neighborhoods in Leland, North Carolina, is about to get even bigger.
A new phase of this subdivision, specifically designed for older residents, is set to hit the market in either late June or early July. Del Webb, the master-planned community developer, is adding 762 homesites spread over just 300 acres near River Road in Leland. Six model homes are currently under construction, ready to give you a sneak peek of what’s to come.
This community offers modern ranch-style homes with tons of personalization options, flex spaces, and plenty of room for entertaining. And the amenities? They’re going to be top-notch. Think a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse with a kitchen and event spaces, an on-site lifestyle director, clubs and activities galore, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a poolside café, a fitness center, and pickleball courts. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy walking trails, a community garden, and a dog park.
“Mallory Creek will offer an extraordinary lifestyle with beautiful, low-maintenance, ranch-style homes and extensive amenities,” said David Carrier, president of PulteGroup’s Raleigh division. “From resort-style facilities and activities to a diverse array of resident clubs, Mallory Creek will offer something for everyone.”
The homes in Del Webb at Mallory Creek will range from 1,223 to 3,467 square feet, with prices starting in the upper $300,000s. The neighborhood’s website features 10 home models, each with varying numbers of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other unique features.
You can expect to move into Mallory Creek by late this year, with quick move-in home opportunities available and the possibility of building a new home and moving in by early 2025.
