Landfall
Landfall is a high-end gated community located on 2,200 acres inside the Wilmington city limits. The neighborhood is made up of more than 2,000 homes. The first homes were built in the late 1980’s and early 90’s. Construction continued well into the new centurey with many of the homes overlooking Intracoastal Waterway. The community maintains an extensive infrastructure of roads, trails, parks, sports facilities, and postal stations, with the Country Club of Landfall at its center. Homesites are dispersed amid golf courses, lakes, ponds, creeks, conservation areas, and the Intracoastal Waterway, and offer a wide variety of home styles. Wrightsville Beach
Wrightsville Beach is one of the most desired destinations, and soncquently also one of the most expensive places to live anywhere along the eastern seaboard.
