This is the second article, in a four part series, that looks at what $1 million will buy you in the Cape Fear real estate market. Earlier this month we looked at homes currently listed in New Hanover County. We now turn our attention to Brunswick County, which spreads from Wilmington all the way south to the Carolina state border. By population Brunswick County is the fastest growing county in the state, and the seventh fastest in the entire nation. People are falling in love with its amenity rich neighborhoods, and the close proximity to both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach.
