Cottage Grove is a small neighborhood located off Middle Sound Loop Road on the Northeast side of New Hanover County. It is made up of 26 coastal-style properties that were built by Logan Homes between 2016-2017. The neighborhood is made up of one large cul-de-sac that is lined with mature trees including a number of oaks.
