Rivercroft Estates is a small waterfront community off Highway 133 in Belville, North Carolina. The neighborhood is just north of Jackey’s Creek and just west of the Cape Fear River.
Our favorite part of the neighborhood is how it dead ends into the marsh. There is a small walking trail that leads to a park bench; from thereyou have views of the river looking across to the State Port.
There are only ten homes in Rivercroft Estates. The first homes were built in the early 80’s with the most recent home being complete in 2002. Homes range in size from 1,700 square feet to 2,900 square feet.
Although it is in close proximity to the water, about half of the homes are outside of the flood zone.
The community is near the Brunswick Riverwalk Park, and the shopping and dining options in downtown Leland and off Highway 17, near the neighborhoods of Waterford and Magnolia Greens. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and roughly 30 minutes to either the beaches of New Hanover or Brunswick Counties.
Rivercroft Estates offers no amenities but owners are responsible for a small annual HOA fee of $200. That money covers the maintenance of a common green area.

Rivercroft Estates is located in the Belville Elementary, Leland Middle, and North Brunswick High school districts.
