Andrews Reach is located at Masonboro Loop and Pine Grove Road; across from the Courtyard at Masonboro, where you can find two restaurants, a frozen yogurt shop and a dry cleaner. This community is nestled into the tidal marsh of Hewlett’s Creek. At Andrews Reach you are close to everything: public boat access is only 6 miles away, Wrightsville Beach is just over 5 miles away, grocery shopping is less than 5 miles away, and downtown Wilmington is less than 7 miles away. This neighborhood was established in 2006 and is still growing. There are homes under construction and lots available for development. Existing homes are primarily brick, and lots are just under a half-acre in size. There are many cul-de-sacs in this community and at the far end is a wood dock with a gazebo, that gives residents access to Hewlett’s Creek – perfect for launching a kayak/canoe at high tide. In addition to the water access, the neighborhood also has a clubhouse and community pool.
