The main street in the Bexley neighborhood runs in a u shape with both ends entering and exiting on St. Andrews Drive. Off that are several cul-de-sacs and side streets. Bexley is smaller than other neighborhoods. There are only approximately 100 homes here.
Bexley homes reflect a broad range of architectural styles. Unlike many neighborhoods, where the homes look similar in style and design. You may see a Charleston style home with a balcony next to a more traditional colonial. A brick home may sit next to one with wood siding.
The uniqueness of this neighborhood is in large part due to the fact that some of the homes were built in the late 80s and some in the early 2000s. The One of a kind feeling trickles down to the mailboxes which are all different in their own creative way.
There are sidewalks throughout Bexely, which are shaded by several large trees. The neighborhood lacks the amenities of other communities, like a pool or a playground, and consequently it has no HOA.
In 2020, six homes sold with a median price of $365,000.
