Brunswick Plantation is a large planned community in the town of Calabash. It is located off Highway 17, approximately 7 miles from North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The neighborhood was one of the first golfing communities built on this side of the Carolina state line. It was developed for people who wanted a home course, and yet be close enough to some of the best courses in the country, without having to deal with all the tourists.

So far in 2022 a total of 114 homes have sold in Brunswick Plantation with an average price of $350,597.
Brunswick Plantation is located in the Jesse Mae Monroe Elementary, Shallotte Middle, and West Brunswick High school district.
