Charleston Commons is a very small community off Highway 133 in Leland, North Carolina. Only fourteen homes make up the neighborhood.
The first thing you’ll notice about Charleston Commons are the colors. It is a very bright community with shades of blue, green, yellow and pink. The second thing you’ll notice is all the homes are on stilts. The neighborhood overlooks the marsh and is therefore in the flood zone.

It is a 10 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and roughly 30 minutes to either the beaches of New Hanover or Brunswick Counties.
