Eagle Run is the newest neighborhood in the Carolina Shores/ Calabash. When we say “new” we mean “brand new.” We visited the neighborhood in early November 2021 and saw only one finished unit (which is being used by the developer as a model.) The rest of the neighborhood was just slabs of concrete.
The neighborhood is being developed by Plute Homes. Buyers can pick between eight different models and floors. The options range in size from just under 1,600 square feet to just over 3,200 square feet. Most models offer three bedrooms but owners can expand to up to five bedrooms with four full baths. Homes are being advertised as started around $270,000 up to $363,000.
Southern Brunswick County is perfect for people looking for exceptional golfing and fishing. This area is much closer to Myrtle Beach- only a 15 minute drive to the strip. By contrast it is slightly more than an hour away from downtown Wilmington.
So far in 2022, a total of 66 homes have sold in Eagle Run for an average price of $390,009
When finished the neighborhood will be located in the Jesse Mae Monroe Elementary, Shallotte Middle, West Brunswick High school district.
