Exton Park is a community of approximately 110 stately townhomes off North College Road in Castle Hayne. The development was built in 2008. Each homes features two bedrooms and three baths. This works well for people who want to live in New Hanover County but away from the city.
What we like the most about this community is yard and lawn maintenance is included in the $2,100 annual HOA dues, making it‘s perfect for those who don’t want to spend their weekend doing yard work.
What we like least is the lack of garages. Owners are given two parking spaces directly in front of their homes. Guests parking is in a central common area.
Each neighborhood building is comprised of four townhomes, including two end units and two interior units. Alternating units have windows that are a part of a second story vaulted ceiling (from outside these windows give the impression of a third story.)
Original finishes in all of the units included granite countertops, ceramic tile, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, crown modeling and an enclosed private patio.
Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse and meeting room.
The neighborhood is located in the Castle Hayne Elementary, Holly Shelter Middle, Laney High school districts
