Gray Gables is located at Gray Gables Lane and Airlie Road, bordering the Intracoastal Waterway. The neighborhood includes a mix of Colonial, Charleston and Contemporary homes sitting on lots with mature oak trees. The homes were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The neighborhood is very stable, with many families having lived there for more than ten years.
Residents enjoy a short walk to waterfront restaurants, assigned boat slips and a neighborhood dock. Many homes have beautiful views of the marsh and the Waterway, but a few homes are in a high-risk flood zone. Wrightsville Beach is two miles away and Downtown Wilmington is about nine miles away.
