It is one of many sections of the neighborhood (other sections include Cambridge Heights, The Arbors, and The Lakes). Signature Homes is the builder and developer and built 40 homes in the community as of 2007 but Horizon Homes also built a few homes in 2012. The Henderson Parke homes blend in well with the other sections of the neighborhood, but the homes are newer and include park benches and more sidewalks. Home prices start in the upper $200,000s and each can have up to four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, and between 1800 and 2500 square feet. Standard home features include hardwood floors, fireplace, two-car garage, covered porch and ceramic-tiled bathrooms. About a handful of homes sold in the community during 2014, and several homes are rentals. The HOA is managed by CEPCO and the fees are fairly low to maintain the common area. The Henderson Parke neighborhood is in a convenient location to hospitals schools, and shopping centers in the Monkey Junction area.
