Hickory Knoll is located near a beautiful part of the Intracoastal Waterway, off Myrtle Grove Road and one mile south of Piner Road. Most of the homes are brick, Ranch style homes built in the 1970s and 1980s. This quiet neighborhood is generally well kept, but there is no Homeowner’s Association and some yards have overgrown trees and shrubs. The community also has a small, rustic boat ramp. The ramp is suitable for small boats, but may not be accessible during certain tides.
The neighborhood is about nine miles from Downtown Wilmington and six miles from Carolina Beach. Most of the homes have a low risk of flooding, but those bordering the water are in high-risk flood zones. For up-to-date HOA fees and pricing information, call us at 910-202-4813.
