Ibis Landing is a new townhome community in Leland. It is located off Highway 17, near the communities of Waterford and Brunswick Forest.
Construction started in early 2021 by DR Horton Homes. The first properties hit the market in June. The townhomes come in two floor plans. They range in size from 1,400 to 1,900 square feet. Most of the units offer three bedroom and three bathrooms, with a few units offering a fourth bathroom. These townhomes also come with a single car garage.
Popular features include large kitchen islands, walk-in closets, double vanities, and Smart Home technology. In the last 12 months one unit has sold. It closed for $302,000.
Ibis Landing is located in the Town Creek Elementary, Leland Middle, North Brunswick School District.
