Kaylies Cove is located off Piner Road in the Monkey Junction area of New Hanover County. It is in close proximity to a number of dining and shopping options, with a roughly 15 minute drive to Carolina Beach and Downtown Wilmington.
This is a small neighborhood that was built and designed by Bill Clark Homes. Ground was broken on the development in 2017, with houses being added every year. There is still one undeveloped lot for sale. When finished, Kaylie’s Cove will be made up of 50 craftsman style homes that come in both one story and two story designs.
The floors in the community include three to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. The overall sizes of the homes range from 1,700 to 3,200 square feet.
Common features include; open floor plans, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplaces, built-in bookcases, screened porches and fenced back yards.
In the last 12 months a total of eight homes have sold in the neighborhood for an average price of $514,425.
Kaylies Cove is located in the Bellamy Elementary, Myrtle Grove Middle, Ashley High school districts.
