Kings Heritage Farm has a Hampstead zip code, but it really feels more like a Surf City neighborhood. The small development with roughly 30 homes is located off Watts Landing Road, about three minutes from the Surf City limits (by contrast, it’s nearly 15 minutes from the center of Hampstead.)
The development got its name because the tract of land it sits on used to be part of a horse farm. The remainder of the original farm still exits behind the neighborhood. Construction started on the first homes in 2012 with the last ones completed in 2017. All the homes are the product of one of two custom home builders, Elite Developers and ATS Construction of the Carolinas.
King Heritage Farm appeals to people who want to be close to the beach (only six minutes away from the Topsail Bridge) and yet have room to spread out. The lots are large, ranging from one to one and a half acres.
Popular home features in this neighborhood include privacy fencing, luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite or quartz countertops, titled back splash and stainless steel appliances.
Located in the award winning Topsail School District, students are assigned to North Topsail Elementary, Topsail Middle and Topsail High School.
Currently the annual HOA fees run $240. For up-to-date HOA fees and pricing information, call us at 910-202-4813.
