Kure by the Sea is a large residential development in the town of Kure Beach. It is located off Fort Fisher Boulevard. There are a couple of ocean front homes, but the vast majority of the properties are located in the section of the neighborhood that is directly across the street from the ocean.
Homes in this coastal community are in all different sizes, colors and price ranges. They range from 1,800 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet. Community amenities include a pool, club house as well as a private beach access point with parking and a gazebo overlooking the ocean.
Nearby attractions include the Kure Beach Pier, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and amusement park, local bars and restaurants, the Historic Fort Fisher Civil War battleground, the North Carolina Aquarium and the ferry to Southport
Kure by the Sea is located in the Carolina Beach Elementary, Murray Middle, Ashley High school district.
