Lighthouse Cove is a residential community of single family homes located off Thomasboro Road in Southern Brunswick County. It is made up of two phases. The first part of the development was built by HH homes between 2008 and 2018.
In the last two years the same company has started to build phase two, they are calling this section Landmark at Lighthouse Cove. In the original section most of the homes feature three bedrooms and two baths and measure between 1,400 and 2,400 square feet.
The newer section comes in five different floor plans, most are single story structures, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms- the largest of which measures 2,500 square feet. New construction prices start in the mid 200’s and go up to the low 300’s.
Amenities in the neighborhood include two man-made lakes, several common green areas, and a community fire pit.
Lighthouse Cove is just a few minutes to the restaurants and golf courses located in Calabash and 10 minutes from area beaches. It is a 20 minute drive to the Myrtle Beach strip and a 50 minute drive to downtown Wilmington.
In the last 12 months a total of 22 homes have sold in the neighborhood for an average price of $316,213.
Lighthouse Cove is located in the Jessie Mae Monroe Elementary, Shallotte Middle, and West Brunswick High school district.
