Lincoln Place Townhomes is a small community located off Village Road in Leland, North Carolina. It consists of 72 townhomes, built in four-unit clusters (with two units located on the ends and two interior units in each cluster.)
Construction at Lincoln Place started in 2006, with additional units being added in 2020. Some of the townhomes have brick exteriors, others feature siding. The inside of each of the units is similar. Each offers two-story living with three bedrooms and two baths, measuring roughly 1,400 square feet. All units also have a sliding glass door that leads to a small fenced courtyard (big enough for a grill and a lawn chair or two.)
Lincoln Place Townhomes is about a 15 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and a half hour drive to either Wrightsville Beach or Oak Island. It is conveniently located close to I-74/76.
Amenities include a playground and a covered picnic area that overlooks a small pond. The annual HOA fee of $1,800 also covers lawn care for the entire community.
