Olde Georgetowne is one of the newest neighborhoods in Brunswick County. It is located off Highway 211 in Bolivia, North Carolina. It is a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Oak Island, and about a 30 minute drive to Wilmington or to Myrtle Beach.
This gated community is being built by HH Homes. When complete, the neighborhood will have just under 800 homes on more than 650 acres. The community will be built in several phases, with phase one and phase two currently under construction.
Buyers have the option to choose between several different floor plans that measure between 1,300 and 2,400 square feet. Most of the homes have three bedrooms with two bathrooms, but there are options to upgrade to four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Common features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and luxury vinyl flooring.
In the last 12 months a total of 24 homes have sold in the neighborhood for an average price of $308,354.
