Register Place Estates is a neighborhood of 26 homes established in 2001. The community is located in Ogden, near Middle Sound Loop and Mason Landing Road. There are Colonial and Low Country style homes, as well as lots available for development.
The neighborhood is near the Intracoastal Waterway and has a community dock. Unfortunately, homes near the water are also in high-risk flood zones.
Because it is in Ogden, Register Place is farther from Wilmington’s major shopping areas. It is about eight miles from Wrightsville Beach and eleven miles from Downtown Wilmington.
