The Reserve at Masonboro is a private waterfront community of brick homes that were built between 2003 and 2006. The subdivision sits next to Hewlet’s Creek and is located off Masonboro Sound Loop.
In the back of The Reserves at Masonboro is a clubhouse and pool that overlooks the marsh. There is also a community pier and kayak launch. As of 2020 the HOA fees came in at just under $3,000 a year, or roughly $250 a month.
Our personal favorite thing about The Reserve at Masonboro is the neighborhood library that was established by one homeowner. Our personal least favorite thing is the lack of street level mailboxes. All mailboxes are located next to the clubhouse.
The Reserve at Masonboro is located in the Masonboro Elementary, Roland Grise Middle, Hoggard High school district. In the last 12 months only one home has sold in the neighborhood. It closed for $625,000. For up-to-date HOA fees and pricing information, call us at 910-202-4813.
