Seawatch is a residential community off Fort Fisher Boulevard in Kure Beach. The defining characteristic of this high end neighborhood with easy access to the beach is the varied and vibrant colors of the exterior of the homes. These classic southern style beach homes were built around the millennium. Built on wood pilings, each house is trimmed in white and has a silver metal roof.
The community includes a pool, tennis court, Tiki bar, and a private ocean front gazebo. There is an active HOA and annual dues are $1,200.
