Seagrove is a seaside community consisting of cottage-style homes located in Carolina Beach, within walking distance of the boardwalk. It is a unique neighborhood, with architecture inspired by other Southern beach towns like Bald Head Island, Daniel Island, SC and Useppa Island, FL. Eight different homebuilders join together to create this coastal community and once finished, it will have 150 homes.

Each homeowner receives a golf cart when they move in for easy access to the pool, as well as the beach and Carolina beach restaurants and shops.
