Seagrove is a seaside community consisting of cottage-style homes located in Carolina Beach, within walking distance of the boardwalk. It is a unique neighborhood, with architecture inspired by other Southern beach towns like Bald Head Island, Daniel Island, SC and Useppa Island, FL. Eight different homebuilders join together to create this coastal community and once finished, it will have 150 homes.
In 2020 the average home sold in Sea Grove for $362,000.
The colorful homes feature 10-foot ceilings, extensive crown molding, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Exterior features include porches, balconies, backyard alleyways and working shutters.
Palm trees and environmentally-friendly landscaping line the streets and the neighborhood is built to be pedestrian-friendly with multiple sidewalks. There is also a “conservation area” right within the community, with lush trees and indigenous vegetation.
Seagrove amenities include a community pool, with a clubhouse equipped with a kitchen. Each homeowner receives a golf cart when they move in for easy access to the pool, as well as the beach and Carolina beach restaurants and shops.
