Skylars Cove is located off Village Road in Leland, North Carolina. It’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown Wilmington, with easy access to I-74. It is a new neighborhood of 32 houses built by Mungo Homes. The first properties were finished in the spring of 2020, with the most recent ones being occupied in the summer of 2021.
All lots have now been developed and are occupied.
Sizes range from 1,500 square feet to 2,700 square feet with most homes offering three to four bedrooms, (three homes were built with five bedrooms, and one home offers six bedrooms.) Common features include a designated home office, flex or bonus room, open floor plans, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and luxury vinyl flooring.
In the last 12 months, only one home has sold in Skylars Cove. It closed for $313,000.
Skylar Cove does not offer any amenities. There is an annual HOA fee of $530 which covers the maintenance of a common green space. The neighborhood is located in the Belville Elementary, Leland Middle, and North Brunswick High school districts.
