Snug Harbour is a neighborhood within a larger neighborhood. It is part of Covil Estates development. The neighborhood is only three and a half miles from Wrightsville Beach and almost directly across the street from the Mayfaire Town Center.
Most of the homes were built in the 1990’s. They come in a variety of styles, but brick, center hall colonials appear to be the most prevalent. Sizes range from about 2,100 square feet up to more than 3,400 square feet.
