There are different floor plans and styles, but all of the two story homes offer three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The largest of the homes measures 2,435 square feet.
The single story homes in the neighborhood all offer three bedrooms with two baths and range in size from 1,400 square feet to 1,700 square feet.
