Summerlin Falls is a community of townhouses off George Anderson Road in the midtown section of Wilmington. These are single story properties that offer two or three bedrooms units with two full baths.
The community is set up where the homes have been divided into sections of four, with a central courtyard bringing each cluster together. Each group of buildings back up to one another and almost form a square. Brick walls connect all four units together with a central fence on the “front” of the group that has a gate. Visitor parking spaces are usually located right outside of these gated entrances.
Inside the courtyard gates, there is usually a landscaped garden with green grass and shrubbery. Most of the homes have a two-car garage that is located on the side of the buildings, along with a small door that leads into the courtyard as well.
