Sunrise Terrace is located off Village Road near the Woodriff Circle in Leland, North Carolina. It is roughly a 15 minute drive to downtown Wilmington. The nearest beaches are Wrightsville Beach and Oak Island (both about a 30 minute drive.)
The neighborhood consists of just over 100 homes built between 2017-2019. They range in size between 1,300 to 2,400 square feet. The most popular configuration offers three or four bedrooms with three baths. A few homes offer up to five bedrooms.
Both single story and two story homes are popular in Sunrise Terrace. All exteriors feature hardiplank siding. Popular interior offerings include open floor plans with large kitchens, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, nine foot ceilings, and double vanities in the master bath. Most of the homes sit on less then a quarter acre, with privacy fences surrounding several of the yards.
There are no amenities in Sunrise Terrace, but there is a large pond with a fountain surrounded by a green space. Owners are required to pay a small annual HOA fee of $420.
