The first thing you’ll notice about Bayshore Estates are the trees! When built in the 1980’s it’s clear the developers made an effort to preserve as much natural beauty as possible. Although a large neighborhood, (about 500 homes) you still get the feeling that you’re in the middle of the woods.
There is a mixture of home styles. Driving around you will see brick, wood, and Hardi-plank style siding faced homes. You will see ranches, colonials and even Cape Cods and contemporaries. This is a middle to upper middle class, family ordinated neighborhood with boats and trailers in many driveways. While Bayshore Estates does not have an HOA, it does offer optional yacht club membership to their private boat ramp.
In 2020 a total of 42 homes sold in Bayshore Estates with a median price of $338,500.
