Village Green is a small neighborhood located off Thomasboro Road in the town of Carolina Shores. It is made up of two cul-de-sacs with approximately 15 single story homes.
Most of the homes were built in the mid to late 80’s and unlike most other neighbors the majority of the homes offer only two bedrooms with two bathrooms. There are a few homes that offer the standard three bedrooms.
All the lots in Village Green measure more than a third of an acre; some or more manicured than others, but this is certainly not a neighborhood for people who don’t like to work outside.
This is also a neighborhood where people stay put.
Village Green is located in the Jesse Mae Monroe Elementary, Shallotte Middle and West Brunswick High school district.
