Vineyard Grove is one of the newest neighborhoods in Leland, North Carolina. It is being development by DR Horton. Located off Leland School Road, the neighborhood is roughly a fifteen minute drive to downtown Wilmington and about a 30 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach or Oak Island.
This is a smaller, one street neighborhood, made up of less than 30 homes. Buyers can choose one of eight floor plans. All are two stories, offering between three and four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Sizes range from 1,300 to 2,400 square feet.
Features include Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, smart home technology, open floor plans and luxury vinyl flooring.
Completion of the first homes in the neighborhood took place in the spring of 2021, with the majority of the properties still under construction today.
In the last 12 months four homes sold in Vineyard Grove for an average price of $349,750.
Vineyard Grove is located in the Lincoln Elementary, Leland Middle, and North Brunswick High School Districts.
