Whiskey Branch is a gated community of garden and townhomes located just outside the Wilmington city limits near the Monkey Junction section of New Hanover County. It is also in close proximity to The Pointe shopping center, Halyburton Park and about a 15 minute drive to either Carolina or Wrightsville Beach.
Construction of the neighborhood started in 2020 with several homes being built in early 2021. When complete the neighborhood will be made up of 156 properties.

Some of the townhomes offer two bedrooms; most offer three. The garden homes come in three bedroom or four bedroom options. Most townhouses measure around 1,300 while the single family option can measure up to 3,500 square feet.
Whiskey Branch was developed by the Trust Building Corporation. Popular features include open floor plans, 10’ ceilings, telescoping slider door, screened porches, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large pantries, and walk-in closets.
In the last 12 months a total of seven homes have sold in Whiskey Branch for an average price of $574.571.
