The tri-county luxury housing market posted its best March ever. A total of 65 homes sold during the month for a combined total of $98.4 million. March became the 22nd consecutive month when luxury home sales have experienced increases in year-to-year sales. The streak started in June 2020. Read more
Carolina Beach Visitors will have a Reason to Look Up
Earlier this week, parts and sections of a 95-foot-tall Ferris wheel arrived at the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Crews are working to erect the ride, with the hopes of having it operational by Easter weekend. Initially it will be open only on the weekends until Memorial Day when it will start running full time.
