It’s Azalea Time
For 76 years now the beautiful azalea has given Wilmington, and everyone who flocks here, an excuse to celebrate. This year Azalea Festival events take place from March 18-April 16, with the official Festival being held on April 12- April 16. Here is a calendar to track the happenings.
Film Industry adding Jobs and Opportunities for Rental Investors
According to numbers released last month the entertainment industry brought in more than $258 million from a total of 74 productions that filmed throughout the Tar Heel state in 2022, with many of the productions located in Wilmington. Wilmington Home sets Record with $10.7 Million Sale
